Skewed & Snappy: Refund & Return Policy

The "Custom Nature" Clause > At Skewed & Snappy, our products are as unique as Humphrey’s outlook on life. Because every T-shirt, mug, and dapper artifact is custom-printed specifically for you upon order through our global network of production hubs, these are considered "made-to-order" goods. Under UK/EU consumer law, these items are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. We strongly encourage you to consult our sizing charts before finalizing your tactical wardrobe choices.

Damages and Printing Errors (The "Cyril" Exception) > Cyril demands logical perfection, but occasionally the machines (or the humans operating them) falter. Please inspect your order upon reception. You are entitled to a replacement or refund at no cost to you if:

  • The item is physically damaged or defective.

  • There is a significant printing error (e.g., the design is "skewed" in a way that wasn't intended).

  • You received the wrong item entirely.

How to File a Claim > If your item arrives in a state that would make a donkey weep, do not send it back to us. Instead:

  1. Take a clear photo of the damage or the error.

  2. Email the photo and your order number to contact@skewedandsnappy.com within 30 days of delivery.

The Board of Directors will review the evidence and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement to be sent or a refund to be issued immediately.

Lost in Transit > If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please notify the Ministry. We will investigate the tracking logs and, if the item is deemed lost by the carrier, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds > If a refund is approved by Humphrey (after a period of appropriate gloom), it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges > The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make the correct choice the first time. We do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors once an order has entered production.
